So, Synchrony, what is your credit policy?

Carried balance: $0-$500

I've been stuck at $15,000 for the past year. This is my second 180 day notice of the same denial reason. Am I at my max?

You may need to call it's Credit Solutions Dept. if you want higher limit.

Is this your only SYNCB account? Which product is it? Not knowing much about your profile, potentially you may have reached the max given your reported income to SYNCB + any other exposure you may have with them (if any) and other internal factors.

I get the same message when requesting a CLI on my Synchrony MasterCard (formerly Toys R Us card). I've been stuck at $10k with only a couple CLIs in the past several years to get there.

Same message whether calling in to Credit Solutions or requesting online.
