So I applied for the visa and unfroze all my reports or so I thought . But I forgot about trans union and what does chase oddly pick trans union . So I got the letter saying I needed to unfreeze it and call in . So my silly question is do I just call the recon line or who do I call because the letter got thrown away I believe and I don't remember what number it said. Thanks

Chase usually pulls from EX don't they?

I wish they pulled TU for my Ink Cash card which they denied after pulling EX....

They have never pulled TransUnion for anything ever with me . I was surprised .
