I don't feel I should with ficos over 800, 1 new card opened in 3 year (CSP 3 or 4 months ago) and less than 1% utilization. A rep said I have to talk to their security department (assuming to verify it is me??) But I can not get to them. Anyone have a direct route that doesn't involve being on hold all day.
