Apple Card Under Review then declined…

Hi all,

I was declined for the following reason:

A bank has recently closed your checking and/or savings account

It says they used TU but I don't have a recently or any closed by bank checking or savings accounts as all of mine are in good standing. Since this info isn't on my TU, any idea where they are seeing this? Thanks so much in advance as I want to get this straightened out.

Apple always pulls from these 3 CRAs-TU, Chexsystem and CoreLogic.

Your best bet is ordering ChexSystem that keeps the record of all bank accounts opening and closing. You can get it free online within a few minutes.

@ladybug2016 Had the same thing happen to me had no idea what they were referring to as my Chex systems is clean. Froze my Chex and immediately reapplied and was approved! See my post in approval section recently. Hope this helps.
