Well maybe it would work if they don't double pull :I yeah they pulled eq and ex for my freedom but ex only for csp and slate.

Also never heard of those ida, innovis, and ars

So we all know some lenders pull a particular bureau all the time right? Well theres always a trend when it comes to app sprees i have noticed and thats you can be approved for roughly 4 cards at a time before a denial comes up but if you also notice the limits decrease along the way too. Why is that? I mean especially if an Inquiry shows up only 1 CR. The account wont show up. Sometimes its possible to get a card or two with the same bureau but would it be possible to play the system like this? Although some AA might happen due to lenders seeing many recent accounts depending on how thick profile is. But lets say you apply for the following cards do you think it would be a good chance for approval and decent limits since they all pull seperate bureaus and wouldnt know about it?

Discover - EQ mainly from what i have seen

AMEX - EX

Barclays - TU

Chase - EX (although the INQ from Amex would be seen by computer and vice versa)

Citi - TU for where i live.

So roughly would it be possible to be approved for all with decent limits since generally you can get 1 or 2 cards per bureau. Obviously everything is based on worthiness. But just curious if the system could be played like this? Obviously im set on cards for a while till my tuition is due, then im probably closing Elan, Cap1, Store Cards since they are not needed. Although the AAOA would be nice, but right now my limits total 50% of my income so i dont want to be risk either.

Yes, a properly planned app spree takes into account what credit bureaus are likely to be pulled, and when overlap is possible, this effects the order in which you apply for cards.

Either to get the best credit limit, or just to get the card. Consider what skittish lenders might do when they eventually notice all the new cards, etc. Be prepared to stop applying when starting limits are low, hopefully before getting a denial, and absolutely stop if denied. Otherwise you're just wasting HP and even if you get the cards you want, you will be using even more HP to increase limits later, etc.

Just common sense, really.
