Dover Federal Credit Union Pre-qualification Not Going Through ??? Membership Help too Please.

Hello all! ,

After hearing some good things about Dover Federal Credit Union, I attempted to submit a pre-qualification on their site with the Check My Rate and this is the response I get "Thank you for checking your offers! A member of our team will be out to get you shortly to review this inquiry with you." Huh? I have submitted it more than once on different days... Has anyone had this happen and did you apply for membership and the credit card at the same time. Also for those members, can you tell me the best way to apply for membership and /or their credit card and hopefully have a smooth process. From what I've read, they pull Experian... any datapoints would be helpful Thank you all very much in advance!

@Great_Things_Ahead If this issue continues to persist, perhaps you might be interested in NASA FCU. They also have a prequalification tool.
