Yes, in some/many cases they are now doing a HP instead of a SP for CLI's since the website and Bread changeover as has been discussed in several posts on here.

Comenity also used to hp me for cli's in the beginning but now they know me well, last month a asked for a cli on my comenity mastercard, instantly approved with no pull for 2k, 1000 - 3000 cl

The OP likely meant that requests for CLI are now HP for Bread/Comenity CCs.

OP stated they tried for CLI and Comenity tried to pull for it and could not because file was frozen .

I'm willing to bet that your next CLI request on the MC will be HP, though, since most folks mentioned things changed after 10/1.

Agreed. We're starting to see more and more DPs coming in of Comenity doing HPs for CLI now.

on your community mastercard, for your credit limit increase did that card have a balance on it? Just curious. I've had my Ann Taylor MasterCard for 2 or 3 years I can't remember exactly and it's still stuck at $1000.🤷🏼‍♀️
