Chase limit increase option on App now?

Has anyone had the limit increase option on the Chase app say anything other than the feature is unavailable? I have noticed it there for a while, but it always give me the same message.

In the main thread about this new feature, there are successes mentioned in posts 15, 20 (second-hand report from Reddit), 46, 61, and 67. There are far more misses than hits, but it is working for a few people.

It appears that this feature only works for those who have "pre-approved" CLI offers on their accounts, and most of us don't presently.

Myself included.

The upside is, if you do have such an offer, there's no HP if you accept it.
