FNBO Pre-Qualify Questions

I've been in the garden for 9 months now and probably will stay there for 12. But I have a question and searched and even though I'm sure the answer is there I didn't see it and yes I did see all the AA lately with CLD by them as well. But question is how solid is thier "Pre-Qualified"? Is that the as close as they get to "Pre-Approved" online without a mailer? And is it a HP to continue with app or a HP if you are approved and accept? TIA!

I've always heard they were solid, however, doing a bunch of searching on the forums about them recently, I did find multiple posts from people finding out that the prequal was not solid. I think most replies will tell you they are solid, however from the results I found while searching here, my advice would be "YMMV."

HP if you get prequal and continue, it's a regular "prequal" not an SP approval.

I can only answer as to business cards. Last year I, and a few other forum members, obtained a prequalification online for the Evergreen Business card, and were later approved for the prequalification amount mentioned. However, (a) those were business cards and (b) that was about a year and a half ago. I believe one in our group did not get the approval.
