They gave me an option for store or Amex. I chose Amex and was approved for $1,800. I wanted to buy a Rado watch with friends and family discount. They denied my purchase saying identiy can't be verified. Someone will call me. Which was a lie got no call. I ordered over the phone twice and order got canceled. I lost that new account opening 20% discount also. Still didn't receive the card. They said they are backed up due to holidays.
