PenFed pre qualified question

Hi all,

A few weeks ago i pre qualified myself for a PCR card and the Platinum card with Penfed and It showed each one was pre approved for 10K limit but i closed the offers and did not continue. Yesterday i wanted to re-evaluate my options and clicked on the Rewards application that showed under review, like the PCR also showed, and instead of showing me the terms it went right to authorized users so I selected none and then it wanted me to submit the application and I closed it and relogged in and now it is showing "requires your action" and when i click that it shows "draft" with todays date.....i did not submit the application so just trying to figure out if it's a hard or soft pull and if i should go ahead adn submit it since it changed to draft and says it's waiting on my action. The other PCR application is still showing review like this one should be. Thanks.

With PenFed ...Count on a EQ HP ..very lucky if you get a SP.

They are known to be "HP" Happy

A "HP" is not the end of the world. Trust me, I have plenty

If you submit it will certainly be a HP on EQ

it will most certainly be a hard pull, but i have read a couple of times that with PENFED once you get approved for a card they use that same HP for any other credit card you might qualify for (someone please confirm this as im not 100% sure on this)

It also works for new credit apps and CLI requests.

Just personally wondering, where did you get the preapproval from?
