I looked up and not a pre approved offer and when I tried to take the offer it gave me a system error. I tried to re do it and I did not see anything anymore I called and asked and they did not know what i was taking about pre approvals.

Did you receive a preapproved offer? via regular mail or other?

I never heard of preapprovals for the kohls card, usually its app and take your chances, they have been changing things lately with their cobranded visa so maybe things have changed.

When you applied for the kohls card in the past they usually hit you with a hard pull, did they hit you with an hp?

There's a pre-qualified page on the kohls website for the kohls card.

I guess they really have changed some things, in 2020 it was only cold app, no preapproval.
