Capital One Pre-approval offer

Hi All,

I received a pre-approved offer from Capital One for a QuickSilver card (0% for 15 months, $200 SUB with $500 spend). I have been a capital one card member since early 2000's with only one card with them. Are C1 pre-approval offers a hard of soft pull? I'm not interested in having a hard pull on my credit report.

triple hard pull.. EQ/TU/EXP one pull on each CRA.. Very very few cards do SP approvals

thank you for the response. since it popped up when I logged into my C1 accout, I was thinking maybe it would be a SP. Oh well, i guess i'll continue passing on the offer....nothing short of a mortgage refi is worthy of a triple pull for me.

The pre-approval was your SP offer. Cap1 is always peeking in your reports when your a card member.
