Logged into my Chase account to see two offers:

- CSR with a CL of $34k

- CSP with a CL of $24k

Both are offering 60k bonus points.

I don't travel much so the CSR may not make sense especially with the high AF. Not sure I'll have an opportunity to make that money back.

The CSP might make more sense given the amount of food/grocery shopping done in my household. I think I'll easily make the AF back and more...

Any thoughts from the pros?

Should I stop in a branch to see if I can get more points. I've read posts where applicants experienced ~80k-90k points from applying in person at a branch.

Thanks in advance!

I would definitely check in a branch, as well as seeing if you have an friends who might be able to offer you referrals (which sometimes have higher offers).

As for which to get, if you cannot make use of enough of the Reserve benefits to offset the cost, get the Preferred. However, note that one cannot do a product charge to the Reserve from the Preferred for at least a year, should you have a reason to do so (for example, you start traveling).
