my wife applied aaa visa advantage card cominty application and received a message we need to review will hear within 10days

is it a a good sign of bad sign?

Are you outside their 'official' offering area? That happened to me when I applied. Called the number on the letter, confirmed everything, & got approved.

From the research I did in a panic when I got the message: if it's 7-10 days it's very likely a denial.

If it's 10-14, it's likely verification.
