Chase Freedom flex- What?

So Chase gave me a "Just for you" offer that even had a starting limit of $19,000 on six cards.

I decided to accept the offer on a Chase freedom flex. Then Chase actually gave me a 5-7 day message!

I have an 800+ credit score

Any idea what that means?

Usually 7-10 day message means you've been denied. The 5-7 day message might just means they're manually reviewing it, I couldn't say why though. If that's the case you can probably call the backdoor number and find out.

Might be verification stuff needed also. Wasnt a straight denial. You can always call recon if it is a denial and plead your case. Fingers crossed!

So, the problem was that my credit reports were frozen and they required additional verification. Thanks to Scamp for the list of phone numbers for several credit card companies.

I'm getting ready to apply for the flex due to the good sub it has currently, which bureau did they pull?

When my wife got her Chase freedom flex and they did a double pull, it was EXperian and TransUnion. When she applied for the Chase frredom Visa, but was violating the 5/24 rule because of AU accounts and Experian boost, they did the same(you would think they could soft pull the second report). Mine was EXperian only likely because it was only for ID verification, although I have heard of people only getting a single pull on rare occassions.

This was all is Pennsylvania.
