NFCU report question

Afternoon all,

I know NFCU uses Fico 9 TU for new apps... I'm curious about the report they pull...

Is it an up to date report or is it more a dated report, ie last month or further back?

Reason I'm asking is my fico 9 from Aug 1 was 746 with a charge off reporting

This month it's 761 without the charge off reporting

Prior to that it was 726 with the charge off still there...

If it's a current report I might take the chance if anyone has a dp for this info...

all HP's are updated, live reports

you can't HP an old report

if you are HP'd, the HP will be the report as it is the second it is HP'd, it won't be old.

they still will use EQ9 for CLI purposes, so if it hasn't fallen off there, that might impact your CLI chances

Thanks for quick reply... I remember reading they us EQ9 for CLI's the baddie will still be there till Mar 24 perhaps Feb 24 so by the time I'm up for a CLI it will be off there as well I'm guessing or I would just wait an extra month on that.

It should be completely gone from all reports by 3/24

So, then , perhaps I should give it a go and see how it turns out... I know the prequals are very unreliable.....

Took the plunge and the results are in the approvals section!!!
