It's quite possible but IMO it would likely be an uphill climb right now given that you've already been approved for 2 Chase cards this year and you're carrying what is right now a $6K balance on 1 of them. What might make a difference either now or the next few months is whether or not you've been treating that $6K balance like an installment loan i.e.you've been paying ~$500 every month vs. a strategy of making mininum payments each month with the intent of making a large balloon payment in month 15, even though the latter still meets the terms of the agreement.

I am currently 3/24 and my last card was a Chase FF approx 3.5 months ago. On that FF I did 2 BT to take advantage of the 15mo 0% APR. My question is should I wait until I have my FF paid down (currently at 6k out of 25k limit) to apply for the CSR or does it not matter? All scores in the 760's and have 2 Chase cards both opened this year. Thanks in advance for the input

One way to be more certain is to watch your Chase profile for prequalified cards or 'Your Already Approved' status. I had joined Chase Credit Journey and was listed last month as 'Your Already Approved' on 7 cards including the CSR and CSP. I was 4/24 at the time with 3 new cards in the past six months. I applied and it went to manual review. I called recon and was approved with a ten minute call. It may have gone to manual review due to recent activity with new accounts.

While you could try now, you could try their online prequal or wait until you see some new prequal or 'your already approved' offers on Chase.
