Chase CLI available ?

Just looked at my 3 cards and my Freedom Unlimited popped up as eligible cards, before it said none. Does this mean if I request an increase their's a good chance it will happen ? It told me 7-10 days

I just spoke with them over the phone for almost 30 minutes, first denies due to inquires so I asked for reconsideration, so it's going for a second review which I was told it's a good sign. I don't care what it's increased to, I know they normally double it but I'll take anything.
