Applied for the PNC Cash Rewards for today. EX 775 , 6% UTI , Income Stated: 200K HHI , Application approved for 2500.... I was given the option of withdrawing the application with out the new account reporting. Was not able to recon , underwriter said it all system generated and i could wait 6 months and ask for cli. Burned a HP for nothing

I wouldn't say it was for nothing as you did get an approval. Have you added new cards/approvals or had a bunch of inquiries over the past few months? From what I've seen here they can be sensitive to recent approvals and inquiries so could be the reason(s) for not getting the SL you hoped for, but still a win.

PNC cards do grow and the CLI's are SP on EX. PNC does value relationship though. I had a savings for 6 months when I first opened the Cash Rewards (Previous Geo Restriction bypass method.), and now also have a business checking for my DW's small business.

My PNC Cash Rewards started off at $9k and is now $29K

My PNC Points was ported over from BBVA at $7500. One SP CLI granted bringing it to $12K without spending a dime on it. Put a BT for $5700 on it and got an auto $2K CLI bringing it to $14K.
