The letter arrived, and the only denial reason was my discharged BK13. I was going to just let it go and try again when the BK fell off my reports next year, but decided to recon after reading some of the posts here. The first rep was no help, and told me to call TU (?). I hung up and called back. This time I got a gentlemen that gave me the denial reason, and asked if I'd like to speak to a recon rep. He advised that they could possibly do a second HP......I'm gardening after this anyway, so I took a chance. The recon rep asked about AU accounts, income, and then told me I'd be notified in 2 weeks. So far I'm still getting the 2 week message and no second HP. Not sure if it's another denial, but I was happy that it was being reconsidered instead of an instant decline for a second time. I'll update later......
