So this was a first for me with CITI; usually a CLI denial has been due to needing a HP (which I would refuse), or too many inquirues (the last time I got that reason, I had 1 INQ lol).

In this case however, I can't be mad at them. Reasons being lack of use which is true, but what I found interesting was they also looked at lack of use on my other credit cards.

EQ score was 811 - They do explicitly tell if they will or won't need a HP for CLI, which is nice. That score was from the January account review SP they did.
