    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup. Everything is manually reviewed even if it's "instant" approval. HP for any CLI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They're VERY flexible though. Their pre-approvals page once you're in online banking will show you generally how high they're willing to go for your profile, but it's not set in stone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got a credit card with WSECU (Washington State Employees CU). How does their CLI process work? Does that have to go through underwriting, too? Anyone have experience with them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
