US Bank Pre Approval

Was on US Banks website and clicked on learn more for the Altitude Go card and I was able to check to see if I was pre approved, which I was but did not pull the trigger. So I'm wondering how good are their pre approvals.

you should be able to call and ask if there's a limit/apr for the pre-approval application you submitted

Funny, I saw that pre-approval link today for the USB Shopper Cash Rewards Card. Even though it was labled as a "pre-approval" it looked too much like an actual app, so I opted not to try (I think I am getting paranoid )

Interesting finally back if you're doing the wrong way they pull your real credit

Should look like this after submitted.. you should see the results.. beyond this they'll pull your credit...

So, I did the pre-approval link for the USB altitude Go card and was approved. Was only a 1k SL but not complaining as I have no other relationship with them.
