Being you're a customer you can log in to see if they have any offers or you can see if you pre-qualify for anything. I think the 685 score would be a concern for anything other than their secured card. Is this a Fico score?... Why only a 685, do you have high reported utilization on your other cards, derogatory information like a late payment etc on your reports?

Can't tell you odds, but my experience with BoA is that they highly value long-time customers.

I am a long-time customer (checking/auto-deposit/savings), but I'm rebuilding. I was invited to apply for the 100/500 secured CCR. Took the offer, just to get a card from BoA. It graduated in six months. I did not request a CLI but got an auto-CLI at one year. I'm certain none of those things would've happened if I hadn't been a "valued customer."

I was approved for a BofA Secured CCR two months after my BK 13 DC in January 2021. I opened it with 5K which they quickly allowed me to increase to 10K. A couple months after I increased it to 10K, the card graduated, and it remains my go-to card to this day. What I did not realize was that...because I had BofA accounts from 2004 until 2014 (which I closed to go to another bank), they consider me a customer since 2004. I returned to BofA for checking and savings in 2017, but in my dealings with them, they always make mention of my being with them since 2004. BofA definitely puts emphasis on relationships.
