Capital One Preapproval

I have a Quicksilver card. I am thinking of a travel rewards card. When I log into my Cap One account and choose other accts/products it shows card options available. Venture Rewards is there but not X. Does that mean I don't have a possible pre-approval for an X?

Not necessarily, no. Venture X has its own separate preapproval page:

The standard Capital One preapproval page is for everything except Venture X:

@Patient957On occasion the VX has shown up on the regular preapproval tool. Last April just before I got my Savor, VX was on the regular tool as preapproved (despite already having it).

Okay, good to know.

But for anyone who wants VX and doesn't see it on the regular preapproval page, they should definitely check the VX specific preapproval page.

I just checked the link and received the message stating "We're unable to issue you a new card today. You can only accept one offer at a time. It looks like you have an application pending or you’ve accepted a separate offer since this one was provided."
