Just to clarify—back in April, when I was making my monthly payment, I accidentally entered the wrong banking information, which caused the payment to be returned. As soon as I realized the mistake, I corrected the account details and submitted a new payment, which went through without any issues.
Now, when I requested a credit limit increase, it was denied due to that returned payment. But the return wasn’t due to insufficient funds or a missed payment—it was simply a data entry error on my part. Is there a way to have this reconsidered, since the reason for the denial doesn’t reflect my actual payment behavior

So here’s the deal—I finally graduated both my Capital One Quicksilver and Platinum cards (huge win!), and I was excited to request credit limit increases now that the “secured” tags were gone. I applied for both: the Platinum was approved and bumped up by $1,000, bringing the total limit to $1,200. But the Quicksilver got declined—not because of any missed payments, but because I accidentally entered my banking info incorrectly during the request.
Can this be disputed or corrected? I’d like to reapply with the right info since the denial wasn’t due to creditworthiness.

Any advice please help
