Commerce Bank Rewards Visa preapproval question

I received a preapproval in the mail for this card. Benefits: 1) $250 Cash Back after spending $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months, 2) 4% cashback on streaming and cable, 3% cashback at restaurants, fast food and coffee, 2% cash back at grocery and gast stations, 1% cashback on all other purchases; 3) no annual fee; 4) 0% intro APR for 12 monthly cycles; 5) 21.49% rate after the introductory rate. I don't need it, but I am thinking of applying because of the $250 cash back. My only question is, which bureau does this pull from? If it is TransUnion, then I only have 1 credit card inquiry reporting (for US Bank) and also Equifax only has 1 (Citi). But if it is Experian, then I have 5 inquiries and I don't want to get a 6th. They pulled TU in SD, 12000 starting cl, with score in 760's
