I just looked up the Tilt series of cards and they are basically&nbsp;rebrands of the Petal cards. Nothing fun there even for rebuilders. Basically&nbsp;if you must have some kind of approval that might be an idea but there are so many better products now. Your better off trying for a Chase Freedom Rise or even a Discover It. Even the Bank of America Customized Cash Rewards makes sense because the issuer is a solid bank.
