What does it REALLY mean?

... when you get pre approved offers or an invitation to apply.. I get those often from these Rapid/Total Rewards companies. I know my credit is no where near it needs to be... I just want to know what it means.

Just took a big hit with the pay off of a vehicle -26 points but here they are...

Oh. and I have about 10 baddies that are in progress sorry report not in front of me, they are collections. Then there are 2 judements that are my headache.

Sorry to hear about the troubles, those are simply "flyer" type mail that are probably mailed out by the box full.
