Capital One PreQual Question

I had three pre-quals two days ago but since then I froze EQ. Do they SP EQ for the prequal offers because this morning it didn't show and I was going to be brave and apply for the Venture that they offered me. Should I call and unfreeze EQ?

I issued a dispute with all three credit bureaus for an account that I was AU on that has yet to be removed. I froze EQ at that time. So, if I temporarily lift it today will the prequals show back up?
