      <description>&lt;P&gt;As solid as Chases? I have never had one from citi before but now I have a few. Also I &amp;nbsp;Ex froze on sat, will they pull Trans or Eq?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think Chase is the most solid, but Citi is good also. When you do the pre qual check at Citi, see if it gives you a specific APR, instead of a range. That is usually a good sign.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But thats ok got a really good rate 12.99 and 0% BT for 18 months. Also when I did the pre-approval thats the rate it said I was approved for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Little late, but Citi Prequals are very solid from what I've seen. As someone else said, this is especially true if it lists a specific APR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Citi PreQuals are based off your EQ score. They primarily pull EQ + another CA if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If you're dissatisfied with your credit line call Citi after you get the card and there's a good chance you can get it up to 7500-10k. Ask high. If you're willing to take a second INQ, that is.</description>
