Went for the CSP and Got This Message

Checked the automated system before applying and it said it didn't have any apps on file for my SS number in the past 30 days so I decided to pull the trigger now and got this message:

Please call us as soon as possible at U.S. 1-877-260-0087 or International 1-302-594-8200 Mon-Sat 8am-10pm ET and Sunday 10am-9pm ET to discuss your application with a Customer Support Specialist.

Please reference (blank) when you call.

Never gotten this message in particular with my other Chase apps. What do you guys think this could possibly mean? Is it necessarily bad?

Agreed... If you were denied, it will flat out tell you. But before calling them, have also answers at the ready in case after verification they want to ask about inquiries, new accounts etc.. Will keep fingers looped for you.

Thanks. The only time Chase has ever done EX has been for the Freedom and that also came with an EQ pull. I'll be going for that one when the $200 sign up bonus returns. It sounds like a great compliment for the CSP.

Apparently their lending office is open at 7 tomorrow. I know what I'll be doing in 8 hours. Lol.

They're also open on Sundays now. Weird. They must have changed some of their policy.
