How long to garden?

Okey, I have Cap 1 secured for 4 months, ult max 21% for now, CL 400.
My app for Discover was denied 5 days ago, they asked me do I have someone to use for joined acc, but I told them that I don't have, so I got No from discover.
I really needed some other CC for boosting my score and I got Walmart store card with 300 cl.
So I will garden them now, but how long before I should apply for Discover again?

My goals in this year are Discover and Amex to get and maybe some card from crap 1

I would wait until they bump up your secured card's CL in two months, probobly to $800. I dont know what your scores are like, but i would wait if i where you with discover, and go for a quicksilver one after they bump up your CL on your secured card. Then just garden those for awhile. What i did, and after a year my scores where 100 points higher.

I recommend two or three months. You can try getting in with Amex when you generate a FICO.

I never heard that cap 1 doubled cl secured card. I only heard that they give 100$ after 6 months.
I was thinking to get first Discover and garden her for like 3 or 4 month and then try for Amex because I will get higher limit and 3x cli will be higher.
I am thinking to app for Discover again in may, when my Credit History will be more then 6 month old and I will have Fico Scores

I say use your Walmart card regularly and always pay it off. I had my Walmart card at a $500 limit and after 4-5 months they auto increased it. That card is now my highest limit with $8k
