I feel bad now for turning down NASA

So about a week ago, I applied for a NASA FCU card was approved for $5,000. They wanted my last two paystubs and kept sending emails everyday reminding me of that.

I sent them a message that I just wanted to cancel and didn't want their card. Is it weird that I kind of regret doing that?

I was hoping for a higher limit and I already have 10 credit cards. I definitely would have taken it if it were a Mastercard since I have so many Visas. Now I just feel like I wasted an inquiry.

are you sure it was a HP? most of the time nasa is a soft pull. Why not call back and tell them you changed your mind?

I didn't even think about it being a soft pull. Now that I see that, I remember reading that a while back. I will find out if it was a HP tomorrow when my Credit Karma update is available.

CK wont fly CK does TU/EQ Nasa is EX and should be a soft pull if you haven't applied before.. "should"

All you needed to provide them is POI... simple scan and upload! Although there could be mixed results for individuals on CC approvals, for the most part it usually ends up being SP on EX. NASA is a pretty decent CU IMO.

If it's only been a week you still might be able to get in, call and ask you are within 30 days.
