Paypal smart connect cli button

I've heard some say they don't have a cli button for some commenity cards, but I am not sure if this pertains to certain sync bank cards or not. The reason I ask if this is the only acct I have that has never showed a cli increase button. They gave me an auto cli after 3 statements which I thought was odd since it's usually 4 statements. It has now been 4 statements since my last auto cli and I want to see if I can get a higher limit. Do I need to call or is there no cli button for me because I don't qualify yet?

They have an automated CLI increase system but it's by phone.
