I got the 7-10 days and called their customer service and I guess it was just a verification issue, and got $7000 SL. I was wondering if I can ask for a CLI.

I called, was on hold for 5 minutes before someone picked up. We had a brief conversation. I asked "have you guys been swamped with calls?" and she said "no, not really. Most of our decisions are made online. So not may phone calls. She then asked "why was I on hold long?" I said no, "not at all."

She then looked up my application and said no other information was available and I would receive a letter in 7-10 days. I've heard that line before and usually its a denial! aaahhh!!!

Sorry to hear Bora...I am a little surprised to see people with decent and even good credit get the 7-10 letter which possibility of being denied...should be interesting to see the reasons for some.

I wanted to take a stab at this card but it's beginning not to look like the frenzy that it started out to be with recent denials coming in now.

So I was trying to apply for this but it looks like it's restricted to US citizens, non-citiznes what can we do to apply?

I don't believe there is an option, sorry. You can try contacting them to see if they offer any alternative products for permanent residents. A couple other folks reported a similar outcome.

Got the 7-10 day message. Did notice they double pulled on EX and EQ.

Probably denied due to either Utilization, too many new accounts, too many inquiries.....or just plain do not like me (like Chase, Citbank, Discover and Barclay)

Interesting. Didn't realize they would double pull. Most folks have reported EX or TU, but not EQ... and definitely not two pulls. Unless they've tightened somewhat since the initial frenzy would be my guess but we'll have to see if others are getting similar results.

Yeah, after I read they started double pulls that pretty much cinched it for me not to chance apping BBVA

Ya double pull... Wow.. That will end this initial frenzy very quickly.. Seems like most of the people that applied the first day/night had pretty solid profiles.. A few got through that were weaker, but overall the big approvals were from very solid profiles. Double pull is very suprising though!
