What does it mean when i get all these credit card apps in mail

I tell you i get every card offer and all i do is shred em....amex,discover,cap 1,discover,alot of airline cards,etc....thinking about getting a couple cards as i only have a macys card ($5000)and my scores are in mid 700's.....

They are invitations for you to apply. If you want any, read the disclosures and offers and take advantage of the ones that fit your needs..

It also means you have an attractive score, so it is getting sold to the Marketing teams at different creditors.
