BBVA Compass needs further review..Declined?

Upon completion of my application it was stated that sales person will contCt me for verification. I called in and they asked me when its a good time to call me. Then he placed me on hold for 5 min and adviced that the application was sent for further review.. Declined or a slight chance of approval?(

Not declined until you get the call from them after which they will reach a decision. With them, verification can be an approval or denial. All the best and keep us posted on results.

Yeah it could go either way. They sent me a card and everything only to suspend the account before I could make any purchase. I never got a clear answer from them, but I'm slowly letting it go. Good luck and keep us posted!
