Citizens Bank (RBC) CLI Approval?

Anyone who had a Citizens Bank CLI approval, was the HP worth it? I never made a CLI request with them, but IMO their CS rates low. I'm contemplating canceling this account, and before I do, I want the 4-1-1 on whether they approve a decent CLI or are stingy. Thanks in advance for any responses!

Would you care sharing why do you intend to cancel their account? I was thinking to obtain their secured CC but have zero knowledge about this bank...

1) I rarely use it, 2) Small CL compared to my other cards, 3) Not so good CS. BTW, I didn't know they offered secured CC.

Citizens bank does not offer a secured card.

Sorry, they did in my area before they changed name to Citizens.

However are they pretty stubborn with increases?

There is alot of them here- CT and are pretty stingy from people who bank with them.

Thanks for the response! SMH I don't know what I was thinking when I apped for this card. I'm pretty shocked at how ghetto their CS is. Stingy + Ghetto CS = Cancel
