Notice of Incomplete Application

I app'd for the CitiBank Simplicity Card yesterday and it was denied.

However, I get an email this morning saying my application was incomplete.

The reason being my Equifax report is on lock.

I don't want anyone pulling it until the score goes up and the inquirys drop off.

Questions:

1. Do you think I can recon and convience them to make a decision with only TU and EX, which they've already pull a HP.

2. Are they inquiry friendly (EQ very high on IQs)

I'm no expert on these types of situations so I'll wait for somebody more knowledgable to respond but I will say that this appears to be a lose/lose situation no matter what you do.

My EQ is on lock too. When I applied for Citi thank you prefered they immediately said i would be contacted in writing within X amount of time.

They also immediately pulled EX. Then about a day later they sent me this email.

i was hoping they would do an EX TU pull for me but I don't think they are flexible. Also they are very inquiry sensitive, very sensitive in general. I think you would need at least a MINIMUM of 670 fico with little inquiries and nothing negative. but thats just my impression of them
