Amex BCE approval?

Hi everyone. new here.

I'm nervous about trying for my first Amex and wondering what you guys thought about my chances for approval for the BCE.

FICO EX: 707 TU: 712 EQ: 708

income: 65,000

No baddies

4 accounts:

BOA (2015): $300

Discover it: (2015) $800

Cap1 QS (2014) $2750

Cap1 QS (2013) $300

INQ: 7 (all 3 CR's)

UTI: 0%

Very good chance. Have you checked their preapproval page?

Yes, nothing. however it might be because my fico score is new. just had my only baddie fall off this week and shot up my fico 87 points.

That's around where my scores were when I got approved for mine. Love the card, great product without an AF.

Jump in before your scores drop for some other senseless reason!

I don't believe Amex is that inquiry sensitive

Well then I guess U need to determine if the app is worth the HP. I concur that your profile is good (for approval)... then again, speaking pragmatically, nothing is 100%. How much do U want/need the card is the ?

I got approved for 3 of their cards with 9 inquiries. Go for it!

You guys have given me the encouragement. I will when I get home. Now let's get greedy. If approved can I try for a charge card with 1 HP?

If you're interested in a charge, to increase your chances at getting both with 1 HP, apply for charge and if approved go for the other card. If not, stop. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Thanks. after so much thinking lol. I tried for PRG and was approved !! then i got greedy and tried for the ED (np AF) to have that combo of MR and got approved for 2K. I know its not much but for me. Im just glad to be in the amex family..
