I have been just reading online ...and cannot good a good answer or opionion a good credit card list of what should be apped for first

does not matter about the name of the bank ...just give me your personal opinion.....

orbitz visa ....com...bank...dont know how to spell it ....lol

Other than the Orbitz Visa you didn't list any credit cards but the names of banks that issue credit cards. It doesn't matter what others would apply for. What specific card are you interested in and can be approved for? Instead of listing a lot of banks research the various credit cards offered by them and pick a couple. Then if you have questions about those cards people can give you informed opinions. As your question is now, it's pretty meaningless.

IMO,

If you are going to app for cards from Barclays and/or Chase along with the others that you list, Barclays and Chase should be at the top if you really want them. I say that because both of them are inquiry/new account sensitive. Of course each person's experience is different, but that is my opinion. Wells Fargo has not been inquiry/new account sensitive with me nor has Discover. Amex can be inquiry/new account sensitive and have been with me off and on.

Capital one will most likely pull all 3. I was able to get only 2 bureaus pulled because I had EQ on ice. I believe a few have been lucky with one pull but that's not the normal.

I will say this about the Venture. I was denied recently due to income. Makes sense since im a college student. But the other big thing they listed was too many recent inquries. So if I were you I'd apply for that or the Chase Freedom/Sapphire combo first.

I had 20+ on EX and 18+ on TU and walked away with a venture @15k, venture one @15k, QS @ 10k, QS @5k. My last app with them got me a 1k platinum which I just closed.

Anyone I've had do the prequalify site eventually got the cards that came up for them. Now obviously this is individual specific. I never got any prequals on capital one store before getting my cards from them

I was opted in. Don't know why I never got any prequals from capital one. I figured it was because I burned then in 1993.

their rewards stricter isn't that great. there are way better competitive cards
