Since each time my request was fully met I figured I wasn't aiming high enough. The representative on the phone ('Justin' - I've spoken to him twice now) said you can call as often as you like. Now, Walmart is at $6k and Amazon is at $5k. If it wasn't for this forum, I'd still have my starting limits. I agree this forum is awesome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Synchrony accts won't allow CLI online</title>

      <description>What won't my Synchrony accounts (Walmart and Amazon) allow me to do a CLI online? When I hit the luv button for either acct, this message pops up: "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot process a credit line increase online for this account". Oh well, guess I'll have to call in and speak with a representative whenever I want try for an increase. Has anyone else experienced or heard of this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get that message all the time.&amp;nbsp; Then when I call credit solutions I get to hear an almost identical denial read to me with an Indian accent.&amp;nbsp; It had some entertainment value the first couple times.&amp;nbsp; I have since given up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is the standard message. They will not give you a cli unless it has been 4 months since the last. I write down the dates of my synch card cli's.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had sucess via chat though. That only worked once was TU score was over 700. Otherwise, it was always sorry we cant at this time. But 4 months like clock work on that button.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes once you log into Synchrony you see you chat button. Make sure to check during business hours Mon-Fri. YMMV of course but I was able to be approved for 4x my limits on both, even after being denied less than a week earlier through luv button. Good luck!</description>

      <description>I got my Walmart and Amazon cards in October. About 2-3 months later I got small auto CLIs ($100 and $200) last month my 4th statement cut and I tried and got the same exact message that OP stated. I chatted with someone and they said it was denied. I even paid off my Walmart card and tried again and it was still a no.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have never tried by phone or by calling credit solution. I'm tempted to try but don't know what to say :/</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shortly after Sync took over, all of our Ge/synch cards became unable to do the online CLI any longer. &amp;nbsp;Calling also had no go. &amp;nbsp;Good thing we dont have all our eggs in one basket. &amp;nbsp;IMHO, I think it is part of the restructure, and after a time things will loosen up again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My fourth statement cut on my Amazon card today and I pressed the LUV button and nothing for me either. I have 5 Sync accounts total with limits totaling $10,100 so maybe I've reached some sort of internal limit with them for now due to all of my other accounts?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They used to do these CLI online and with a soft pull but now I just spoke to a representative over the phone that said they would have to do a hard pull in order to see if I qualify for an increase and that there's no guarantees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't mind all of that but he was also very snarky and short with me, zero personality. It doesn't seem like it's the same customer service I've dealt with in the past but this is the first I call them since Chevron Texaco (GE) became Synchrony.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
