CLI increase automated phone vs Luv Button

I was curious if you guys have seen any difference on requesting CLI's through automated phone versus the Luv Button online? Specifically Cap One, but feel free to post your methods with other banks as well.

It is the same when done online or over the phone with CAP 1- one time CLI if approved. The only place you can get it more than one time with with comenity.

Thanks for the reply Yes. Hey one other question...I may hit the Luv Button for a CLI request next month on a QS1 that I am putting alot of volume through, but if they don't offer me a big enough increase (say from 3k to 5-7k) then I can reject it and it won't count as a CLI correct? Or if I turn it down do I have to wait 6 months?

This was my experience and it was done instantly via automated phone system.
