Three NFCU cedit cards?

Anyone out there have 3 credit cards from NFCU? I currently have a cash rewards and go rewards each with a 22k limit and about a 4k balance on both of them. I also have a 40k auto loan and 15k loc. Was considering applying for flagship or nrewards. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Ray - Good morning. I have asked this question as well. Unfortunately, it seems as though we never get many responses. I currently have two cards as well, and was contemplating a third. I'm curious what people's experiences have been. In the past, you used to be able to move around limits to open a 3rd card (if originally denied). Although, this might have changed over the past few months.

I have 3 but I got them back when Navy still moved CL's around very easily... it's worth a try if you have never moved any CL's in the past the chances of you getting approved to do it now are much better.

I would apply for the Flagship stating that you were looking for a premier card with Navy for travel... if denied, send secure message asking them to move $21k from your gorewards to open it.

I say $21k because then one of the reasons navy really cut back on moving credit lines is the system will allow you the following day to do a CLI's on your gorewards and go back to $22k again!

Thanks ca...i dont have 21k in available credit on my go rewards. My cl is 22k but i have a balance of around 4k. (Around 18k available) If denied how much should ask to move to flagship to get it open? By moving this to flagship, how will it affect my score since the go rewards would then be close to maxed out? If they do grant the transfer after denial, am i still able to request cli back to 22k on go rewards, or is that a thing of the past? Also, should i wait to see if they do an AR in the next few days? Will that have any bearing on their decision to approve or deny application/transfer?

move $15k then and yes the next day you can request CLI back.

AR will not help you at all.
