Cap one Recon?

How long did your cap one recon take when the EO office is having them do a manual review for a credit increase? Just did a recon yesterday and she said about 3 business days. Just trying to see how long they took for you.

They were really quick with me. Only 2 days and they met me half way. I had $800 after Credit Steps and I wanted 4k. They approved me for $2500. I did not get notified I just logged in everyday and the second day I saw the increase. I did not even get a call or letter. Good luck!!

Hey Dustin.. did you have to speak to them after the e-mail or did they review your account and give you the credit line increase without speaking to them?

I agree completely that when they do decide to give an increase they just make the change and mail a letter 7-10 days that says they increased you. Back in April when I spoke to the agent (when you used to be able to call in).. told me it would take several days and 5 hours later i logged in and my increase had been granted.

I called there EO first. Went straight to the top. I never emailed them.
