how long did it take you for them to process the docs?

You could probably call them, and tell them that you applied and uploaded or sent in the needed documents. They will process it on the phone with you, and tell you whether you're aproved or not. I've never done it with cap 1, but this is how it was with Discover.

Well that Discover, Cap One is dif. Like Barclays takes 3 weeks to process and can only be mailed.

Maybe this will help. I went thru the same thing AFTER already having used a new card so just completely out of the blue one day they put a temporary hold on charges until after complying with a verify process. I submitted thru FAX channels and after sending and finding out on their end that they did indeed receive the docs, they requested to repeat the process once again the second time. Each time it took roughly 3-4 days max.

It's completely normal and can be expected so just follow up with what they ask and wait it out as best you can.
