Amazon Store declined CLI

I received my letter as to why I am unable to obtain an increase to my CL. It said it was in-house because my account is too new, too much of a decrease in balance, low balance....you get the picture? So I am being declined because I paid my balance down, never have been late, and it has been zero since January this year. I have had the account for two years, so not that new anymore. I called the credit solutions and all they want to do is resubmit for a CLI. Not help on the two numbers I called I found on the backdoor number list. So I am being declined for not keeping a high balance...?????? I guess I will keep using my Chase Amazon card I got this summer!

Your TU is a 700 something and you are being denied through credit solutions?

What is your current CL?

or did you call credit solutions after getting the denial letter from the online luv button and they want to resubmit and you said no?

Have you tried doing chat online... the funny and weird thing about Sync is all 3 ways of asking for a CLI could have different results on the same day!

yes these are my current scores. My CL is $740!! Very low.

[Edit] I have tried all three at the same time. Today I called the two numbers and they just wanted to try again. I said no. Should I try all three ways and through the CS line?

Agreed, tell them you shop at Amazon for Christmas gifts, but don't have enough of a credit line to shop.

Ok success!! Thanks to both of you! I chatted this time, asked for $10,000, they countered with $4000. Good for now. Not sure why I was being declined with the bogus reasons on the denial letter! Maybe I just wasn't asking for enough of an increase? Idk but thank you!

I get denied for CLI's using their LUV button all the time. I've only ever gotten one $500 CLI from the LUV button, everything else came from chat.
