Does a Email from TR CC mean anything for approval or just routine?

It may be routine but emails like that are usually suspicious or just a phishing scam. So be careful..

I get LOTs of total rewards emails and I have a total rewards account, can'get the pop up. But my total rewards emails are all promo/ marketing letting me know that I shoudl apply because they have a card. But, I wouldn't take any of their emails seriously unless it came with a code to use during application process.

I also set my TR account with no pop up, si thats why the email peeked my curiousity. I will probably cold app next year, around the time of my Vegas trip. Thanks for the info!

If you already set up the TR account, they already SP you ( that happened to me) if your EQ score is high and your profile supports it, you have a GOLDEN TICKET !!

Don't wait for next year , enjoy the rewards now

Not sure what rewards mia is talking about. hehehe. but i did get the popup. and email. so more than likely i will go against the grain and say you are probably good to go with the card. It will be hp either way. pop up or not. so you may as well just apply

Oh Mia how difficult it is to pass on a GOLDEN TICKET!! I feel like i can support a TR approval Taxi, but I don't feel like I can support a Hyatt approval. I have my targets set on Hyatt, but TR is tempting!!

I have cold apped for total rewards visa several times and it always comes back declined with a EQ score of theirs around 750-780.

2 days ago, i logged into total rewards and the visa preapproval hit the screen immediately at log in, i have been logging in for at least 15 months prior lol.

set up a total rewards account online and see what happens.

So you finally got the pop up? That is how I apped. Too bad I got small 1k limit. But it's growing. 1750. Now. 500 increase every 4 months. I'll take it.
